Brittany Herrmann joined the Overchuck Law Firm in August of 2017. She brings with her a passion for justice and investigation. She is a born Florida native, who earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Brittany enjoys interacting with clients, and looks forward to assisting them with any and all aspects of their cases. Her dedication to the firm and compassion for clients makes her an integral part of the Overchuck team. Brittany also has an extensive background in Healthcare Management, which aids in her investigative purposes. When she is not assisting clients in the office, Brittany can be found spending time with her dog Cali, as well as her four nieces and nephews. She also enjoys sporting events and the outdoors in her spare time.
Jennifer Ailsworth was born in Tom’s River, New Jersey. She has fifteen years of litigation and trial experience and has worked in Plaintiff’s litigation, including, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and traumatic brain injury.
Jennifer is known for her ability to empathize with each of her clients and keeps their best interests in mind while assisting in a case from start to finish. As a result, Jennifer has been an asset in getting injured individuals compensated. It is her goal to make sure her clients can keep peace of mind during their difficult time.
Prior to joining the Overchuck Law Firm, Jennifer obtained extensive experience during her employment at a prominent Florida insurance defense firm. This extensive experience in many difference types of law is a valuable asset which allows her to have a broad perspective in her field while assisting her clients.
When Jennifer is not in the office, she can be found enjoying quality time with her family and 3 dogs.
Abby Ralson was born in White Plains, NY but has called Central Florida home for most of her life. She has been a paralegal since 2005 and is a paralegal member of The Florida Bar. She has a wide variety of experience in personal injury litigation, to include: auto negligence, catastrophic injury, carbon monoxide exposure, toxic tort, mass tort, wrongful death, acquired brain injury, and products liability claims. She has prepared for and sat behind her attorneys through several trials in Orange, Osceola, and Citrus counties. Abby is passionate about helping people and feels that being a personal injury paralegal enables her to help people through a difficult time in their life.
Abby is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Political Science, American Politics and Policy and a Minor in Legal Studies. In her free time, Abby spends quality time with her husband, her family, and her two cats. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, playing video games, watching movies, and working out.
